Do you build custom software, or only sell your own products?
Both. We have four enterprise products of our own — payroll, financials, cooperative society and school administration — and we also build bespoke software for organisations whose needs no off-the-shelf product covers. Many clients start with one of our products and add custom modules around it.
Do you work with clients outside Nigeria?
Yes. Our products are built to handle Nigerian statutory requirements, which are among the more complex to get right, and the same engineering standards apply to the international work we take on. We deliver remotely and have worked with clients across time zones.
Can your software be customised to how our organisation works?
Yes. Our products are built to be configured rather than forced on you — salary formulas, billing structures, reporting formats and approval flows are all adjustable. Where configuration is not enough, we build the modules you need.
Do you provide training and support after deployment?
Yes. Every deployment includes training for your team, and our software ships with built-in manuals and tool tips. We offer ongoing support on a retainer for organisations that want a guaranteed response time.
How long does a typical implementation take?
It depends on scope and how much of your existing data needs migrating. A standard product deployment usually takes a few weeks; a custom build is scoped and quoted after a discovery session. We will give you a realistic timeline before you commit, not an optimistic one.
Can your systems run on our own servers?
Yes. Our products run on a server-client model and can be deployed on your infrastructure, on hosting we manage for you, or in the cloud — whichever suits your data policies and connectivity.
